The purpose of this web site is to inform and market resale properties to the general public, acting as a real estate intermediary in Spain and complying with the laws of consumer protection in Andalucía and in particular with Decreto 218/2005 de 11 de octubre, Andalucía.
In compliance to Decreto 218/2005 de 11 de octubre Andalucía, a free copy of a Nota Explicativa, with detailed information about the costs related to the purchase of a property, is given to any consumer who requests it.
In compliance to Decreto 218/2005 de 11 de octubre Andalucía, a free copy of a Ficha Informativa is given to any consumer who, as a result of the intermediary services of our agency, visits a resale home.
A signed receipt will be required when receiving these documents.
All of our properties are built unless otherwise is stated.
The prices stipulated do not include:
Transfer tax – 7 % of the value declared in the title deed
Notary fees – The notary fee is fixed by law and may range from 500 Euros to 1.500 Euro depending on the price of the property.
Property registry fee – approximately 70 % of the notary fee.
Legal fee – approximately 1 % of the purchase cost
Costs for exchange of contracts or update of installations such as electricity, water supply and telephone etc...
The stipulated prices include the sales commission of 5% (+16% IVA) for the intermediary agency.
All the detailed information and prices shown on this web site and any information printed out are valid within 7 days from the date of print-out. The printed sheet must be an original with clearly visible date and time formats.
